7 dl (~3 c.) lingonberry drink
1 dl (~ ½ c.) semolina (Cream of Wheat)
Bring the lingonberry drink to a boil and whisk in the semolina. Lower the heat and let the porridge cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir every now and then. Pour the porridge into a bowl and let it cool a little. Then beat it airy and cold with an electric beater. Serve with Fresh Lingonberry Jam with Orange Zest.
You can vary the porridge by cooking it in blueberry, raspberry or currant juice.
