This is a seasoning that I couldn’t do without. I use it in everything. If a recipe calls for vegetable bouillon, Vegeta, or vegetable seasoning, I use this. It is great to season tofu, beans, popcorn, spreads, soups, and much, much more!
5 dl. (2 c.) nutritional yeast flakes
1 dl. (½ c.) onion powder
1 ½ Tbsp garlic powder
½ dl. (¼ c.) salt
½ Tbsp. celery salt
½ Tbsp. turmeric
½ dl. (¼ c.) sugar or raw sugar
½ dl. (¼ c.) parsley
Mix all the ingredients, except the parsley, in the blender to a fine powder. Add the parsley and pulse a couple times to mix. Store in an airtight container. Use as vegetable bouillon or seasoning in any recipe.
