2 ripe bananas (frozen, peeled and sliced)
1 avocado (frozen or fresh)
65 g (2 oz) spinach
350 g (12 oz) pineapple (frozen, diced)
2½ dl (1 cup) plant-based milk
5–6 dates
½ tsp vanilla sugar
50 g (2 oz) fresh ginger

Peel the ginger and grate the lime rind. Then peel and seed the limes. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
