2 dl (¾ cup) white flour
2 dl (¾ cup) whole wheat flour
100 g (3½ oz) spinach
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
8 dl ( 3 1/3 cups) soy milk
50 g (2 oz) margarine or oil
Melt the margarine or use oil. Place the all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Let the batter rest for a few minutes. Fry the pancakes until they get a nice
golden-brown color.
