Instructions
Place the pumpkin seeds in a pot. Add water so that it just covers the pumpkin seeds. Cook them in lightly salted water. Cook them until all the water as disappeared. Lay out the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Add a little oil and mix.
Roast in the oven at 150°C (300°F) until golden, about 10 – 15 minutes.
