Nut Burgers

Ingredients

5 dl boiling water

1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes

1 ½ – 2 Tbsp. vegetable seasoning

5 dl. oats

1 large onion

250 g. hazelnuts

2 dl. sunflower seeds

 

Instructions

Dissolve the vegetable broth into the boiling water and mix in the oats. Grind the hazelnuts and sunflower seeds in a food processor until finely ground. Chop the onion. Mix everything well and let it stand and swell to the right consistency. Fry the burgers in a little oil in a frying pan or bake them on a baking sheet in the oven at 200°C until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
