Ingredients
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Water
6 dl (2½ cups) Cooked Black Beans
½ dl (¼ cup) Potato Starch
1 Onion, minced
¾ – 1 tsp Salt
½ Tbsp Oregano
½ Tbsp Thyme
Cayenne Pepper, optional
Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Combine the chia seeds with the water. Coarsely mash the beans. Add the onion. Add the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds. Form the burgers and roll in the sesame seeds. Fry 3 – 5 minutes on each side.
