Ingredients
1 cinnamon stick
2 cm (¾ inch) ginger, sliced
3 Tbsp. agave syrup
2 oranges
2 tangerines
1 blood grapefruit
1 apple
½ dl (¼ c) pomegranate seeds
½ dl (¼ c) grapes
½ dl (¼ c) physalis
½ dl (¼ c) yellow raisins
Instructions
Squeeze an orange. Pour the juice into a small saucepan along with ginger, cinnamon stick and agave syrup. Simmer for about 7 – 8 minutes until a syrup is formed. Set aside to cool.
Cut the peel off the citrus fruits and slice them. Cut the apple into pieces. Halve the grapes and the physicals. Put all fruit on a serving platter.
Remove the spices from the syrup and drizzle over the fruit. Store in refrigerator until serving.
