Many of us spend a large proportion of our days sitting in front of computer screens. Do you maintain proper posture? This is important for good health. Children and adults would benefit by taking a break and moving around at regular intervals, too.
Make good posture a habit! This can help prevent neck and back problems from developing in the future.
