Veggie Wraps

Ingredients

8 whole-grain tortillas

1 pcs marinated tofu

1 onion

2 papers, red or red and green

2 tsp. olive oil

1 salad head, shredded

2 tomatoes, chopped

4 green onions, sliced

1-2 avocados, sliced

Creamy vegetable sauce

 

Instructions

In order for tofu to get better texture, you can freeze it for a day and then leave it thawed. Squeeze out the extra water and cut into strips. Fry onion and pepper until soft.

Pan-fry the tofu pieces so they get a nice color. Heat the tortilla bread.

Let the children fill their tortilla with tofu and the vegetables and sauces they like. Other vegetables can also be used. It just depends on taste and accessibility.
