349 g silken tofu
1 dl Oatly iMat Fraiche (or another vegan sour cream substitute)
½ tsp. salt
125 g mixed salad greens
250 g cherry tomatoes
Mash the tofu with a fork. Mix in the iMat Fraiche and the salt. Arrange the salad greens on a serving platter. Place the tofu mixture in a mound in the middle.
Arrange the tomatoes and sprinkle with fresh chives. The tofu mixture works also great as a spread.
