350 g (12 oz) silken tofu
1 dl (¼ c) 125 Oatly iMat Fraiche (or another vegan sour cream substitute)
½ tsp. salt
125 g (4 oz) mixed salad greens
250 g (8 oz) cherry tomatoes
Mash the tofu with a fork. Mix in the iMat Fraiche and the salt. Arrange the salad greens on a serving platter. Place the tofu mixture in a mound in the middle.
Arrange the tomatoes and sprinkle with fresh chives. The tofu mixture works also great as a spread.
