Ingredients
2 ½ dl (1 c.) whole grain spelt flour
¾ dl (1/3 c.) oats
4 dl (1 2/3 c.) soy milk
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
Instructions
Grind the oats in a fine flour. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar and oats. Pour in the milk and oil, mix everything vigorously with a whisk or mixer. The batter will be quite thin, so it’s good to leave it for 15 minutes to thicken. Before making the first pancake, oil the pan and heat well. Ladle out about 1 dl batter and spread it out. Bake on one side then turn the pancake over and brown the other side.
