Ingredients
1 dl (½ c.) oats
1 dl (½ c.) berries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ dl (2/3 c.) almond milk
A sprinkle of cardamom, optional
Maple syrup, if desired
Yoghurt, if desired
Granola, if desired
Nuts or seeds, if desired
Instructions
Layer the oats, berries, and chia seeds in a jar. Combine the almond milk with the cardamom and pour over. Cover the jar and place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning top with the syrup, yoghurt, granola and nuts and/or seeds.
