½ dl (~ ¼ c.) cashews (soaked)
¼ dl (~ 2 Tbsp) water
2 dl (~ ¾ c.) quick oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp maple syrup
3 dl (1 ¼ c.) soymilk or other non-dairy milk

Soak the cashews for two to four hours. Pour off the soaking water and mix the cashews and water into a cashew cream. Add some of the soymilk if needed to mix the cashew cream. Mix oatmeal, chia seeds, vanilla, maple syrup, soymilk and berries. Place in the fridge and let stand overnight. Sprinkle some chopped pecans and add more soymilk to taste.
