Millet Pudding

Ingredients

500 ml. water, boiling

1 dl. coconut milk

1 dl. millet

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cardamom

1 can pineapple chunks, small (230 g. net weight)

 

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in baking dish.  Cover and bake at 175 °C for 1 ½ hours.  Can be made ahead and simply reheated in the morning.
