Ingredients
500 ml. (2 c.) water, boiling
1 dl. (½ c.) coconut milk
1 dl. (½ c.) millet
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cardamom
1 can pineapple chunks, small (230 g. or 8 oz net weight)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in baking dish. Cover and bake at 175 °C (350° F) for 1 ½ hours. Can be made ahead and simply reheated in the morning.
