Sometimes it is hard to eat fresh veggies. Why not use a creamy sauce or dip? Here is a low fat, tasty dip to add flavor to those veggies.
Ingredients
1 package tofu, silken
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. basil, dried
½ tsp. oregano, dried
½ tsp. salt
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients until smooth in a blender. Adjust seasonings and salt. Keep in the refrigerator. This dip tastes best after marinating a few hours.
