Ingredients
350 g (12 oz.) Bread
2–3 Tbsp Oil
2–3 Garlic Cloves
½ tsp Salt
Dried Herbs, optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Cut the bread into cubes. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the bread over. Mince the garlic. Pour over the oil. Add the salt, garlic and dried herbs, as desired. Mix well with your hands. Bake in the middle of the oven about 15 – 20 minutes or until the cubes have a golden color. Stir several times while baking.
