250 ml almond or coconut milk
150 g of fresh or frozen strawberries
6 – 8 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. of sugar
1/2 tsp. of vanilla sugar
Wash the strawberries, if fresh. Combine all ingredients (except the chia seeds) into the blender and blend until smooth. Stir the chia seeds into the milk mixture. Pour the mixture into small dishes. Let them set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds if desired.
