Cauliflower Spread

We need to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. This spread is a creative way to help get one of those nutritious vegetables and it tastes great, too! Thank you, Antonella, for sharing this delicacy!

Ingredients
5 dl. (2 c.) cauliflower
3-5 Tbsp. soy mayonnaise, or to taste
½ tsp. salt, more or less  to taste
1 tsp. chives, optional

Instructions
Steam the cauliflower. Drain and while still hot mix it in a food processor. Add the rest  of the ingredients. Check the seasoning and refrigerate.
