This colorful salad is as tasty as it is healthy!
¼ red cabbage, finely shredded
1 large carrot, coarsely grated
½ dl. plain soy yoghurt
1 – 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
¼ tsp. salt
Combine the cabbage and carrots in a serving bowl. In a separate bowl combine the yoghurt, orange marmalde and salt. Pour the yoghurt mixture over the vegetables and mix well.
