Ingredients
1 ½ dl. (2/3 c.) soy yoghurt
½ dl. (¼ c.) bread crumbs (approximately)
1 can kidney beans
1 finely chopped onion
½ Tbsp. oil
½ garlic clove, pressed
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
½ Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. vegetable bullion powder
½ tsp. cumin
1 dl. (½ c.) chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. potato flour
Instructions
Mix the soy yoghurt with the bread crumbs and allow to swell. Mix the beans coarsely. Sauté the onions in the oil. Mix the beans, onions and the rest of the ingredients. All the bread crumb mixture last. Form into patties and place on baking sheets with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200° C ( 400° F) for about 25 minutes until golden on the bottom.
