When the summer is hot, it is so refreshing to cool down with a smoothie. The bananas in this smoothie add a natural sweetener and the berries are packed with vitamins and protective phytochemicals. This is a great treat to cool you down, while feeding your body!
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
3 dl. (1 ¼ c.) frozen strawberries
2 dl. (¾ c.) frozen raspberries
1 dl. (¼ c.) frozen blueberries
5 – 6 dl. 2 – 2 ¼ c.) vanilla soy milk
3 Tbsp. natural sugar
Instructions
Place the frozen bananas and frozen berries in a blender or food processor and pour over the soy milk. Mix into a thick cream. Add more milk or sugar according to taste.
