A recent study from Stockholm’s University found that a vegetarian diet may be beneficial for the genes. In this study, scientists compared persons consuming a vegetarian diet with those eating a meat diet and found less genetic damage in the vegetarians.
So a plant-based diet may be the best for good health and good genetic makeup.
