Does when you eat or don’t eat impact your heart health? A recent study found an association between skipping breakfast and an increased risk for dying as the result of heart disease. Those who never ate breakfast had the highest risk of dying due to heart disease. While those who ate breakfast every day, had the lowest. More research needs to be done to understand all that is behind this, but eating a healthy breakfast seems to be a good idea. Mom was right. Breakfast might just be the most important meal of the day!
