Ingredients
1 liter (4 c.) lukewarm water
50 grams (2 oz) yeast
1 Tablespoons salt
600 grams (21 oz) whole meal flour
400 grams (14 oz) white flour
3 – 6 Tablespoons of sesame/ sunflower/ pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast and salt in the water. Add the rest and mix into a porridge. The dough should become kind of like chewing gum! Cover and let rest for 30-45 minutes in a warm place. With a big spoon put it into greased tins. Put seeds on top. Punch the bread with a fork 7 – 8 times before putting them into a cold oven and bake them for 1 – 1 ½ hours at 200-220°C (400-425° F).
