On January 10, 2019 LifeStyleTV will change the format of our satellite signal from Mpeg2 to Mpeg4. Most viewer will not notice anything. But a few viewer may need to update their receiver. So if you lose the single from satellite after January 10, then this is most likely the reason. The channel will still have all the same settings as before, and no change is needed if you already have an Mpeg4 receiver (most newer receivers are Mpeg4 — if your receiver takes HD channels, then there is no problem).
What do you have to change? You only have to change the receiver! The satellite dish, LMB and everything else is the same. Here is an idea of a receiver for under 600 kr, from Kell & Company.
Make sure your receiver is compatible!
