1 small red onion
Salt or herb salt
1 tablespoon dried basil
Sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
Wash the vegetables. Slice the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Chop or slice the onion over the tomatoes. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with yeast flakes, seeds and herb salt.
