4 dl (1 2/3 cups) quick oats
4 tbsp grated coconut
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
4 tbsp coarsely chopped almonds
1 apple
4 canned peach halves
½ can of pineapple chunks (227g or 8 oz can)
6 dl (2 ½ cups) apple juice
½ tsp vanilla sugar
5 drops of bitter almond extract
Mix the oats, coconut, sunflower seeds and the chopped almonds in a bowl. Dice the apple and peach halves and add them to the bowl with the oatmeal mixture. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and stir. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and place in the fridge overnight.
Tip
It’s also good to add fresh strawberries or blueberries.
