Piña Mocklada

Ingredients

200 ml coconut cream

200 ml 100% pineapple juice

1 dl frozen pineapple

Ice cubes

Maraschino cherries

Mint leaves

Fresh pineapple wedges

 

Instructions

Combine the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice and coconut cream in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Add some ice to the glasses and pour in the drink. Garnish with maraschino cherries on a toothpick, mint leaves and a wedge of fresh pineapple.

 

Note: Coconut cream is not the same as coconut milk! We used Kara brand coconut cream that we found in a local ICA store.
