Vivianne shared this delightful dessert on Dagens. It is light, refreshing and very versatile. Your imagination sets the limits for all the variations that can be made with it!
5 dl. (2 c.) naturel soy yoghurt
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
Different types of berries or fruit (blackberries, raspberries, mango)
3 dl. (1¼ c.) oats
4 Tbsp. Agave syrup
Roast the oats in a frying pan and sweeten them with 2 Tbsp. agave syrup. Mix the yoghurt with 2 Tbsp. agave syrup and a little vanilla sugar. Layer the yoghurt, berries or fruit and roasted oats in dessert glasses.
