Ingredients
50 g (2 oz) roasted hazelnuts
½ dl (¼ c) raw sugar
2 dl (¾ c) whole wheat flour
1/8 tsp salt
½ dl (¼ c) roasted hazelnut butter
½ dl (¼ c) oil
6 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Instructions
Combine the water and the flaxseed. Set aside. Pulse the hazelnuts, sugar, flour and salt in a food processor until the nuts are coarsely chopped. Add the hazelnut butter, oil, water and flaxseed. Pulse until a well mixed. Form into small cookies and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake at 175° C (350° F) for between 12 – 15 minutes, until lightly golden. Cool.
