This is a fast, tasty spread based on soy flour. It takes no more than 5 minutes to make, start to finish, so it is a great spread to have when you are in a hurry. Georg shares this recipe with us.
Ingredients
2 dl. (¾ c.) soy flour
4 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. chili sauce (like Heinz)
1 clove pressed garlic
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable seasoning (like Knorr or Theresa’s Vegetable Seasoning)
1 pinch marjoram
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch basil
Dill
Instructions
Mix everything together – no cooking!
