Ingredients
3 dl. (1 ¼ c.) hazelnuts
3 dl. (1 ¼ c.) pitted dates
1-2 dl. (½ – ¾) coconut milk
Instructions
Roast the nuts at 175° C (350° F) for about 15 minutes. Rub the nuts to remove the outer brown skin. Mix the nuts in a food processor until you have a creamy nut butter. Chop the dates and mix them together with the nut butter in the food processor. Add the coconut milk and mix until the spread is creamy. Keep in the refrigerator.
