7 ½ dl. frozen spinach
1 Tbsp. olive oil
½ – 1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ – 1 dl. soy or oat cream, as needed
Place the frozen spinach in a pan with a lid and turn to medium heat. Do not add water. Add the olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Allow the spinach to melt and heat up. Add the Soy or Oat cream to make a nice creamy consistency, but not runny. Use as a side dish or in lasagna.
