Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 ½ dl (1 c) whole wheat flour

2 ½ dl (1 c) white flour

1 T baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ dl (¼ c) oil

1 dl (½ c) raw sugar

3 dl (1 ¼ c) mashed very ripe bananas

3 tbsp soymilk

1 dl (¼ c) chopped nuts (optional)

1 dl (¼ c) dried cranberries

 

Instructions

Oil a bread pan well. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.  Mix the liquids together separately. Then mix all quickly together and pour into oiled pan. Bake at 175° C (350° F) for 60 -70 minutes. Cool on a rack before slicing.
