Ingredients
3 dl. (1 ¼ c.)water
1 dl. (½ c.) coconut milk
1 dl. (½ c.) whole buckwheat
1 banana
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Cardamom or cinnamon
½ tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small pot. Turn down heat and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes – until all the liquid is gone and the buckwheat is soft.
