Scrambled Tofu with potatoes

Makes 4 servings


 

1 large onion, diced

1 Tbsp. olive oil

4 -5 boiled potatoes

1 package firm tofu, crumbled

1 Tbsp. vegetables seasoning

Salt to taste

Soy or oat cream as needed

Sauté the onion until clear and tender. Add the potatoes and allow to lightly brown. Mix the tofu with the seasoning and add to the onions and potatoes. Allow to sauté a little together. Taste and add salt as needed. If the tofu seems dry, add some soy or oat cream to achieve the consistency of scrambled eggs.

Blir 4 portioner

1 stor lök, tärnad

1 msk. olivolja

4 -5 kokt potatis

1 paket fast tofu, smulad

1 msk. grönsakskrydda

Salt efter smak

Soja eller havre grädde som behövs

Fräs löken tills den är klar och mjuk. Lägg potatisen och låt lätt brun. Blanda tofu med grönsakskrydda och lägg till löken och potatisen. Steka lite tillsammans. Smaka och tillsätt salt om det behövs. Om tofu verkar torr, tillsätt lite soja eller havre grädde för att uppnå en äggröra konsistens.
