Nuts are a healthy addition to a balanced diet. They contain many essential vitamins and minerals, as well as healthy needed fats. Here is one of my favorite ways to roast them without adding any oil or additional fat. These are a great treat to enjoy during the holidays!
3 dl. mixed nuts
1 – 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Pour soy sauce and salt, if desired, over the nuts and mix. Place on a greased baking sheet or a baking sheet covered with baking paper and roast gently in the oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes. If you have big nuts, like Brazil nuts, you can roast them separately because they take longer.
