Koldskål –Danish Summer Dessert
1 l. sweetened soy milk
5 Tbsp. sugar or other sweetener, to taste
250 g. silken tofu
6 – 8 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until creamy and foamy.
It is best to chill all the ingredients before mixing to serve immediately.
Try other fresh pressed juices or even berries for different flavours.
