Hummus is one of the best tasting, versatile spreads that I know. It is so simple and yet can be used for all types of sandwiches, wraps or as a dip for vegetables. The base of hummus is chickpeas, which are a great source of protein, are high in fiber and low in fat. Thank you Antonella for sharing such a great recipe with us!



1 can chickpeas (3,75 dl drained)

2 Tbsp. tahini

4 tsp. soya yoghurt

1 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

3/4 tsp. salt, or to taste



Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Adjust the seasoning and refrigerate.
